Kali is the goddess of wild authenticity and freedom, destruction, dissolution, transformation, and fierce Love. She shakes things up and cuts down old limiting beliefs so that we can rise up in our fullest most authentic self and expression. In this workshop, we will hear her stories, weave her qualities through an asana (pose) practice, work with mudra (gesture, seal) and in meditation. We'll shake things up and play with inversions and explore the inner realms through forward folds. Kali is also known as the Dark One, and we learn that in the darkness lies limitless potential. Through our practices, we can begin the processes of transformation to shed that which keeps us limited and step into our full Truth and Authenticity. All levels welcome.
