Heart of the Crane Qigong with Libby McIntyre

This beautiful and powerful Liu Dong form of Qigong takes us into a standing crane, where the heart and spirit harmonize based on the sacred crane qi. The crane movements are light, flowing, and, by the end of the form, are in spontaneous calm, joyful, and meditative movement. This method is used in China to promote balance, meditative states, and to treat depressive disorders and insomnia.

This course requires participants to have learned a previous Qigong form taught by Libby McIntyre or Jean Logan.
