Whether you're trying to connect with a parent, child, grandchild, or colleague from another generation, intergenerational communication can be unsatisfying, challenging or even upsetting. However, when you are connected to your own feelings and values, can respond empathically, you have an opportunity to bridge the gap and connect across generations with ease and authenticity.

Using hands-on, experiential learning, this course will use the skills and practice of Nonviolent Communication (NVC),

Explore how generational values and experience shape the way we see things and each other
Strengthen connection within your community
Discover shared values in the differences within in our own families
Develop empathy and compassion for people in different stages in life, while staying true to yourself in the process
