Herbal Teas & Syrups
Go beyond the basic tea! Herbalist John Goicovich will discuss the finer points making teas such as infusions and decoctions. Learn how to make herbal honeys and different syrup preparations. We will make an herbal syrup in class. Bring home a syrup for an extra $6.
