Got Stress? You are not alone!

Very often, it is not the stressor itself but how we deal with it that determines how it will affect us.

Join us for a wonderful new Missoula program, with the Montana Mindfulness Institute. This is an in-depth, eight-week curriculum of mindfulness practices, originally developed by Dr. John Kabat-Zinn. Local cancer survivor, Dr. Susan Taplin Curtis, will lead this program.

Attending the Orientation or an individual discussion with the teacher is required! Following this will be the 8-week mindfulness program where you will learn and practice proven methods to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, high blood pressure, diabetes, infertility and more. This course can help you improve your health and overall wellbeing.
