A freezer loaded with pheasant, duck, guinea fowl and wild turkey is evidence that Red Bird Chef Matt Parris is an accomplished bird hunter. Tonight he’ll prove that he’s also pretty skilled at turning those birds into delicious dinner fare. Matt will demonstrate a variety of Southern-inspired recipes, plus unique tips and techniques for the different types of fowl he’ll be working with. Matt will leave nothing out, except perhaps the feathers.
