Most of us are pretty comfortable preparing Italian, Mexican and even a little Thai cuisine. But what about the seemingly exotic Persian, Turkish and Arabic? Tonight GFS Meat & Seafood Manager Russ Kubisiak will show you that Middle Eastern cookery is more accessible than you might have imagined. And he'll do so while highlighting locally-raised, grass fed beef - Wes Henthorne, B Bar's Big Timber Ranch Manager, will join Russ this evening to share his expertise. Russ and Wes will take advantage of Montana cattle, plus unique Middle Eastern spice blends and cooking techniques, to transport you to a new world of flavor.
