The one kitchen tool every serious chef takes home at the end of her shift is her chef's knife. Tonight you'll see why. Romaine's Graham Roy returns to the Good Food Store classroom to demonstrate cutlery basics, from sharpening and maintenance tips to a variety of hands-on demonstrations. Graham will show you vegetable cuts such as mince, chiffonade and julienne, as well as more advanced techniques. Brush up on this fundamental kitchen skill and you'll see how much more pleasant - and efficient - your time at the cutting board can be. You will be rewarded for your chopping too - with a delicious meal made with the ingredients you've helped prep.
