After a bit of a summer break, GFS Cheese Buyer Jennie Gregory is back to show you how easy it is to stir up the curds, separate the whey and create your own delicious fresh cheeses. Jennie will show you how to pull your own fresh mozzarella and share tips for making both ricotta and cottage cheeses. She'll keep you busy with this evening's hands-on adventures but she will save time for you to sample a few recipes that feature your fresh cheeses - savory and sweet dishes demonstrated by Cooking School Manager Emily Walter. You'll take home your own cheese making kit too.
