On September 15 and 16 the Top Hat and the Good Food Store will host two events themed on sustainable farming and preparing food using local foods and ingredients.

Monday Night. Monday night will center on the film Grow! -- A look at a new generation of sustainable farmers through the eyes, hearts and minds of 20 independent young growers. A representative of Harlequin Produce will introduce the film. Harlequin Produce will also be offering some local foods. In addition, the Top Hat will offer three dinner menu items prepared entirely from local food sources. The Film will be free to the public.

Tuesday Night. On Tuesday night, Erin Crobar, Top Hat Chef, will teach a cooking class at the Good Food Store focused on cooking with local ingredients. More details to follow on the class.
