9:00am-10:30am Led Primary Ashtanga Practice with Tane Talalotu-Kanat
Led Primary Ashtanga Practice, TWTHF, August 22, 23, 24 and 25, 9:00am-10:30am
Tane will lead students through an Ashtanga Primary Practice in the Ashtanga Studio which enters through the back door. This is a great class for those who took "Give It A Try" Ashtanga classes during Yoga Camp and those who know the primary series.
