Homeword is happy to announce that construction has begun for these six small homes and is expected to be complete in December 2018.
As we prepare for the application process, we wanted to notify interested individuals about the eligibility and workshop requirements for purchasing one of these six homes.
INCOME CRITERIA
•5 two bedroom homes will be sold to households earning up to 80% of the area median income.
•1 one bedroom home will be sold to households earning up to 100%* of the area median income.
WORKSHOP DATES:
•August 15 (Wednesday) 1:00 – 2:30 pm
•August 21 (Tuesday) 5:30 – 7:00 pm
WORKSHOP LOCATION: Solstice Building located at 1535 Liberty Lane, Suite 114, Missoula MT 59808. Street parking and covered bike parking available. Please use the Commercial Entrance on the West side of the building.
