Our First Friday event will run from 5:30 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. Featuring "Midnyght Summer Dream"-showing the art work of Dakota Nyght. We will be providing beverages and light snacks. We will be having our First Friday sale of 10% off all merchandise in the store (excluding featured artist's work).
Dakota's artwork combines the absurd and what ifs of our natural world. She promotes positivism and hope through her work by translating the beauty and fantasy of nature onto paper.
She is fascinated by all things in nature, the colors on a spider's back, the inquisitive tilt of a cow's head. When preparing a piece, Dakota asks her self " Can a cow jump all the way to the moon? What kind of books would an owl read? How would an octopus cook dinner? What if?
