All levels are welcome in this yoga and writing workshop. We will focus on mindfully connecting each movement using the breath and challenge students to find their edge while maintaining strength and balance. We will flow through mind and body exercises in harnessing breath, body, and attention to cultivate awareness of the inner authentic voice and nurture the creative process.
