Everyone is invited to attend a fun, family-friendly rally entitled A Call for Climate Action to celebrate the impending release of the Clean Power Plan, a new national rule that will drastically decrease carbon pollution at power plants and be the most important thing our country has done to address the threat of climate change.

The rally will consist of a few short speeches about the importance of the Clean Power Plan, fun activities for the family, ways to engage our public officials, placards, and a short march from the XXXXs at the north end of Higgins Avenue to the Higgins Street Bridge with placards, signs and other fun visuals. Speakers will include Missoula Climate Smart's Amy Cilimburg, Montana Elders for a Livable Tomorrow's Jan Hoem, sportsmen advocate Bill Geer, renewable energy advocate and Oasis Montana's Chris Daum, National Wildlife Federation's Dave Dittloff, and others.
