Meditative Improv Workshop

Description:

We will talk about where authentic movement comes from- a deep subconscious place. We will go through many different moving meditations and still meditations and in and out of improvisation. This class should be for self-discovery and creation; a rejuvenation of the self in movement invention. This is a 2.5h workshop.
