Missoula #MarchForBernieUSA & Montana Progressive Movement statewide organizational meeting

Missoula joins over sixty towns and cities across the nation to kick off the week of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia with a march to show our support for Bernie Sanders and the revolution he has helped invigorate. We invite all those inspired by Bernie's message of economic, environmental, and social justice to gather with us at the XXs at 10:00 am for a 10:30 march to Caras Park, where there will speakers and music to celebrate how far we have come and how far we plan to go in helping create a government and a society that works for all of us, not just the 1%.

At 1:30 pm at the Missoula Public Library, statewide leaders from all over Montana will gather to share knowledge and strategize about how to organize to elect candidates with progressive values. Our movement will speak to government officials at every level, letting them know that we are watching them, and that we will continually remind them that they are accountable to we the people, not to their wealthy donors and corporate lobbyists.
