Tranquil Yoga is open to all who desire to obtain a restful night's sleep naturally.
We will practice:
*various breathing techniques
*introduce basic yoga postures
*share yoga flow vinaysas
*become mindful of our body and breath working
in unison
*work toward a tranquil relaxation pose

Monday, 5:15pm-6:30 pm (no class 6/24)
