Your are separated into appropriate skill and social groups.

The acro portion of this camp gives special emphasis to gymnastics floor skills that may be seen as "stand alone" skills. The exact skills we work on will depend on the skill level of the attending gymnasts.

The tumbling portion of this camp will have a special emphasis on front and back tumbling. Depending on the skill level of the gymnast attending.

The trampoline portion of camp will focus on front and back flip variations and progressions.
