Hear from our pro baristas about different brewing methods(cold brew, chemex, and aeropress, to name a few) and how you can make your own amazing brew right at home. Experience Kopi Luwak - the most expensive coffee in the world, learn about its origins and why it is so "special".
Finally, participate in a very special cupping facilitated by Olympia Coffee Roasting Co. from Washington - learn about the different origins of coffee and how that affects the taste of the coffee you drink every day.

After the event around 7pm, Zootown Brew will be hosting a casual & friendly latte art competition for anyone who wants to show off their pouring pizzazz. Stick around to cheer for your favorite local barista, pour a few yourself, or snag a competition latte on the cheap. $5 buy in, prizes from Espresso Parts, Olympia Coffee Roasting, Acaia Scales, and others, as well as the strong possibility of pizza and some new friends by the end of the night.
