It's scientifically proven, we all need nurturing, consensual touch to thrive. Did you know that after just 20 seconds of positive touch our brains release oxytocin, a hormone that is good for our mental and physical health?

Positive touch lowers stress, strengthens friendships, reduces body pain, and has lots of health benifits!

The first part of the party is a workshop where you'll learn important communication skills. Learn how to communicate boundaries, ask for what you want, and say ' 'yes' and 'no' gracefully. You'll have the chance to practice these skills in a safe and light hearted environment.

Arrive between 10:30-11am. It's important everyone is a part of the welcoming circle and workshop in the beginning, so make sure to arrive a little before 11. Have clean comfy clothes. Pajamas and sweat pants make great cuddling clothes.

Strong smells can be distracting while cuddling. Please keep perfume and body odor to a minimum.

In the welcoming circle we'll meet each other, play a few games to get comfortable, and learn and practice communication skills. Afterwards there will be about 2 hours to give back rubs, cuddle, eat snacks, meet new people, or just hangout. Everyone is encouraged to bring your favorite pillow or blanket.
