Step into the theater for a four-course, five-star dinner follows featuring a citrus crab cake with shaved fennel, a rocket beet salad topped with candied pecans, a whole roasted filet of beef set atop a bordelaise sauce and a decadent custard dessert. Windgardener Wines supplies perfectly paired sommelier selected wines that have been specially chosen for tonight. Throughout the evening, enjoy performances by the stars of the Missoula Symphony Orchestra & Chorale as we take you out of the concert hall and into this intimate venue for a memorable night out.
