Every day we are confronted by personal struggles, family struggles, and struggles within our communities. In the Buddhist tradition, there is a way to be free of inner and outer conflicts caused by habitual patterns. In this teaching, we will learn methods of practicing compassion in day to day life. By developing love and compassion we can realize the perfect truth of ourselves and others. Sunday June 24, 10am-12:30pm All levels welcome.
