Feeling the derby dry spell? Are you thirsty for some action on eight wheels? If so, wet your whistle with Hellgate Roller Derby girls as they open up a refreshing can of whoop a$$ on their Canadian opponents in HGRD's Season Opener on Saturday, May 28.
This Memorial Day weekend bout will feature Hellgate's hardest hitters in their first melee against Kimberley, British Columbia's Bavarian Barbarians.
The game will be held at the Missoula County Fairgrounds Events Center and also showcases our junior derby team, the Hellgate Hellions, in a black-and-white scrimmage.
The Hellions' game kicks off at 6 p.m., followed by the headlining bout at 7:30. Beer and food will be available during game time.
The May 28 bout will be one of only three home games this season, so make sure to attend if you want to see Missoula skaters in action!
