This class is designed for road bike riders with an intermediate fitness level that will support a ride of 15 mph for 1-1.5 hours. The focus will be on group riding skills and pace lines with an emphasis on safety and improved personal efficiency. Also included will be discussions on appropriate clothing, equipment options, bike maintenance and roadside repair, and more. The first class is mandatory and time will be spent in the classroom as well as riding. The class will meet at a variety of locations around Missoula for the remaining sessions. Come ready to ride with water! Road bike with a clipless pedal system, helmet, and bike light required.
