For those of us who provide care for family members or friends who are facing difficult times, it is important to nurture our own capacity for resiliency. Although we may feel honored to serve our loved ones in this way, the ongoing pressure of care-taking can take its toll on us unless it is balanced with self-care.
This series will help you develop the skills you need to care for yourself while caring for others.
