Join us on May 6, at Burns St. Bistro for the 6th Annual New Leaders Council (NLC) Fellows Fundraiser. This year, the NLC class of 2015 will honor Lt. Gov. Angela McLean with the distinguished "Progressive of the Year" award for her dedication to fostering positive social change and creating an environment in which young, progressive minds can flourish in Montana. New Leaders Council is a national institute with a mission to recruit, train, and promote progressive leaders in the areas of business, technology, and policy. Over the course of 5 months, NLC fellows develop skills, training, and a network in order to better position themselves to improve the progressive infrastructure and ensure strong democracy, social justice, and equal opportunity, working across sectors within our communities.
The money raised at the NLC Fellows Fundraiser ensures that this program can continue at no cost to future fellows and that NLC can continue to grow its network of progressive leaders all over Montana.
