E3 Gallery is proud to present one of our returning artists, Mark Matthews, for an all-new body of work! An exhibit featuring abstract garden sculptures, incorporating rusted metal orbs, fanciful dancing figures and animals constructed with antlers, and rock sculpture formed with stones dredged from Montana rivers and excavated from the desert canyons of Utah. Matthews strives to find new life and motion in every material he uses, creating sculptures both very large and imposing, and others small and delicate.

Join us for an opening reception,featuring live music by Susan Morgan and proceeds going to support the Montana Folklore Society and Imagination Missoula. And a special treat will be in store for us at 6:30, when Matthews- who is also an author!- will read an excerpt from his new four volume series called "Swinging through History", which tells the story of social dancing in this country.
