There's a reason Greg Ragan, former Biga Pizza sous chef, is on the cooking class schedule here every month: he's so good at showing his students how to have fun while making pizzeria-quality crust and toppings. After one short evening with Greg, you'll be stirring together dough from scratch and tossing it like a pizza pro - and be anxious to head home to fire up your oven or grill. We'll be heating up our ovens too, of course, so you'll get to enjoy plenty of pizza while you learn.
