Keeping expired or unused prescriptions in your house can be dangerous for your children, grandchildren, and pets. In fact, Montana sees over 300 prescription-related deaths per year. In addition, every day, 2000 US teens try prescription drugs for nonmedical reasons.

This event is co-sponsored by the Missoula Police Department, Missoula City-County Health Department, the Prescription Drug Task Force and the U of M School of Pharmacy.

Please meet us by the clock tower in the Southgate Mall. Medications accepted with no questions asked. Syringes, sharps, liquids and pressurized canisters (inhalers for example) will not be accepted.
