Description:
Take a trip back in time and visit the remnants of two ACM Headquarters Camps from the turn of the last century on Saturday, April 28, 11 AM - 3:30 PM. Learn the history of horse logging and the ACM Company Ranch and visit the barn where work horses received rest and rehabilitation. At McNamara's Landing discover how the railroad played an important role in logging where shay locomotives were rebuilt and serviced and logs were dumped into the river for transport to the mill in Bonner.

At the site expect easy walking for up to 1/2 mile. Bring water and snacks and dress for the weather. Group size is limited. To register for this free bus trip or for more information, contact Dennis Sain, 549-5782 (leave message).
