A real Finnish sauna? Come to meet the Traveling Sauna on April 24 from 1pm to 3 pm: 358 N Higgins, right next to 5 on Black.

The Finlandia Foundation of Montana and the Montana Nordic Group are happy to show off Sisu- the Traveling Sauna. We are introducing the Finnish sauna culture and sharing stories about Sisu's tour across and around the United States.
We'll also have a booth set up including cultural and educational materials, refreshments and some candy, all related to Nordic Countries, especially Finland.
With the help of Sisu, we are raising awareness about global diversity and preserving the Finnish- and Scandinavian-American cultural heritage. Please stop by to find out more about our organization, our community outreach programs, events and activities. We invite everybody to join us for making Montana and Missoula a culturally unique place to live.

Please note that with respect to the Airshed Stagnation Area restrictions, we won't be firing up the wood burning sauna stove, but the Traveling Sauna will continue to Bozeman, where a special sauna event is set up for taking a real sauna. The Bozeman sauna event is hosted by the Mountain Hot Tub and kicks on April 25 at 1pm, at 2744 W Main Street, Bozeman, MT 59718. More information under MountainHotTub in Bozeman.
