Please join Jenny Briggs Cole at Easy Living Care Giving for a Senior Yoga Chair Class on April 23 at 11 AM. Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair.

This class challenges the body and mind through strengthening, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Flexibility, and muscle tone will continually improve as your mind, body and spirit work together in harmony. Chair yoga is for those who have issue getting up and down from the floor and prefer a chair for their main seat.

This class is drop-in only and costs $5.00 at the door. All ages are welcome.
