$10.00 for the 1-Hour Workshop
Welcome to the universal sounds of the gong! Why gong? Quantum physicists tell us that all particles consist of localized vibrations in a field so, in a sense, we are all beings made up of vibrations living in a vibratory world in a vibrating universe. Yogis say that our universe is powered by sound and the gong is the basic creative sound. When the sounds of the gong inevitably overtake our minds, an entirely new universe opens up inside our being.
If you're curious about the gong journey, come take part in this experience. This is a very different approach to working with sound and can affect people so please reach out to Arwen at (406) 529-3837 or arwen@evenstarrising.com with any questions. In this workshop, we will begin with some light stretching and breath work, relax into the universe of the gong, and end our time together with a short sharing circle.
