New! Spring Aikido Intro Package
One Saturday afternoon plus 4 basics classes.

Class for beginning adults starts Saturday, April 19th from 1 -4 p.m., followed by four guided basics classes Monday & Wednesday,
4/21, 23, 28 & 30. White martial arts uniform included!

This beginning course provides orientation to the art of Aikido, and includes:

* Introduction to Aikido principles & philosophy
* Beginning falling and rolling
* Introduction to basic techniques
* Beginning self-defense awareness
* Centering, breathing and blending exercises
