Beginning Herbal Medicine Making with Clinical Herbalist Britta Bloedorn at the Lifelong Learning Center, Missoula
Connect with our medicinal plant allies and learn how to prepare high quality medicinal plant extracts. In this hands-on class you will learn the basics of herbal medicinal preparations. We will make and sample herbal infusions and water-based extracts, tincture making with fresh or dry botanicals to prepare potent medicinal plant extracts and combinations, herbal honeys, cough syrups, elixirs and lozenges, infused oil and salves, liniments and more.
This is a 4-week class on April 19 - May 10, Thursdays, 6-9 pm
Cost: $54 (early registration fee), includes take-home samples
