Join MUD's veteran volunteer instructors Heather McKee of Heather's Heritage Hens and Greg Price, of Garden City Harvest for our soon-to-be-famous Backyard Chickens Workshop. Learn some simple ways to build coops and tractors to house your chickens, what breeds are best to raise, how to care for them, and what you need to know to be in compliance with Missoula's urban chicken regulations. This workshop will be held at the UM FLAT, near the University (633 S.5th E.) and will showcase their great chicken accommodations. Cost is $10 for MUD Members, $20 for non-members.
