The Missoula Family YMCA's self-defense for kids program focuses on safety and self-defense strategies for children. The five week course focuses on topics to keep your child safe. These include: setting physical boundaries, school safety, street smarts, internet danger, child abduction prevention strategies, kid escape strategies, verbal skills to defeat bullies, and the ABC's of bully defense.
