This workshop will cover the basics of NVC (Nonviolent Communication), and will help get us all up to speed with the practice of connecting feelings and needs, holding a person and yourself with empathy, and learning to hear and express authentically and connectively. You can learn ways of applying your communication skills directly into the various relationships in your life.
