Contact Improv includes body-based awareness, following a physical point of contact with a person or the floor, supporting and giving weight to a partner or the floor safely to explore self-guided moment to moment movement and imagination. The Missoula Contact Improv Jam provides a practice space for learning and developing the contact improv form through basic exercises, solos, duets and group work. On-going practice is recommended in order to fully encompass and examine this art form. Non-members: $15/ Members: $12
