Missoula Aging Services (MAS) offers the Powerful Tools for Caregivers class series beginning April 10 and continuing through May 15. The six consecutive 90-minute sessions will be held each Tuesday from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m. Participants learn to reduce stress, improve self-confidence, better communicate feelings, balance their lives, increase their abilities to make tough decisions and locate helpful resources.

Cost is $25 for materials, with a sliding fee scale based on income for the program. Respite care is also available on a sliding scale. Please pre-register because space is limited and available on a first-come basis.
