miniNaturalist Pre-K Program
10:00 AM (America/Denver)
Montana Natural History Center
Description:
The miniNaturalist Pre-K Program engages young children in the exploration of the natural world through fun, hands-on activities and games. Emphasis is on observation, sensory skills, and imagination to cultivate a positive connection with nature at an age when children are just beginning to investigate the world around them.

Each month features a new theme. Explore "Forest Friends," "Rocks & Fossils," "Incredible Insects," and many more.

The hour-long program begins with group time led by a Montana Naturalist History Center Naturalist. The second half promotes child-directed learning through art activities, dramatic play, science investigation, literacy, and math stations.

We also have a Kids' Discovery Room designed just for young naturalists with a touch table, puppets, and books.

Come learn and play with us!
