Preventative Action Utilizing Soft Exercise(P.A.U.S.E.) is a local organization promoting community health and wellness via public involvement.

In our fast paced world, we believe it's important to pause, slow down and "Take it easy."

P.A.U.S.E. is proud to be hosting Ready, Set, Slow! "The slowest race in the world." Race starts at 6PM Friday March 3rd at the Boone and Crocket Club on the Kim Williams Trail.
