Anatomy Of Movement - Shoulder Girdle

Description:
The Anatomy of Movement class is a four-part series of two-hour classes, developed and taught by Daniel Carney, designed to help you identify and address musculoskeletal imbalances in your structure that can cause pain, inhibit flexibility, and contribute to poor athletic performance.

Each class in the series will focus on a specific body region: lumbopelvic-hip complex, shoulder girdle, torso/neck/head, and lower leg.

The dates for each class are:
- February 23, Lumbopelvic-hip Complex (COMPLETED)
- March 2, Shoulder Girdle
- March 9, Torso, Neck, & Head
- March 16, Lower Leg

Classes meet from 5:00-7:00 PM and will cover the following:
- Basic anatomy of the region.
- Self-massage techniques for releasing myofascial restrictions.
- Specific stretches and exercises that mobilize, balance, and support the region.
- Each student will receive a workbook with each class.

Class Fees:
For individuals
- $30 per class

For Couples (married or living together)
- $50 per class
