The City of Missoula is hosting three public meetings in March to support the development of Missoula's community-wide Zero Waste Plan. The effort, now known as "ZERO by FIFTY: Missoula's Pathway to Zero Waste," was initiated a year ago when City Council adopted a resolution establishing a goal to reduce Missoula's waste stream by 90 percent by the year 2050. All Missoulian's are invited to attend a meeting to learn about Missoula's Zero Waste goal and to participate in shaping the Zero Waste Plan.
