Are you a small business owner overwhelmed by having to do it ALL, from research and development, marketing, sales, HR, accounting and management? This course teaches the basics and best practices of how to make sales a deliberate, systematic, and professional process. You will learn how to create/fine-tune your sales process and hire and manage the best sales team. We will discuss lead generation, target marketing, prospect attraction, inbound (social media and digital) and out-bound marketing strategies. Through the use of pre-class student profiles, the course content will be customized to fit your specific business needs, not generic examples used in many sales courses.
