Help the Shining Mountains Chapter of the Montana Wilderness Association choose a Wilderness, Wilderness Study Area or Roadless Area to "adopt."

Forest Service Wilderness Specialist Chris Ryan will discuss the need for monitoring in wilderness areas"otherwise, there's no way to tell whether important characteristics are improving, staying the same, or deteriorating.
Steve Seninger will discuss the opportunities for "adopting" the South Fork of Lolo Creek Recommended Wilderness Area.
Besides considering which area to "adopt," members will nominate and elect officers for the coming year.
