This is experiential, with no need to discuss or agree. When we breathe and move in harmony, we align our nervous systems, and allow what is to be simply present.

The mood is variable, evoking feelings such as love, exuberant joy, peace, and compassion.

Words are few and repeated many times so learning is easy. No musical or dance experience needed. The leader teaches the words, melody, and movements before each dance.

Everyone who can appreciate joyful and meditative circle dances is welcome. One need not bring a partner.
