Description:
Meditation helps decrease stress, lower blood pressure, and enhance our relationships.
Especially the most important relationship, the one with ourselves!

Join us on Thursdays from 12-1 pm for a free weekly meditation practice at the Learning Center at Red Willow, 25 W Kent Ave, Missoula.

We will explore several key meditation techniques:
-Shamata (tranquil-abiding meditation)
-Tonglen (compassion practice)
-Mindful body scan

In addition to learning meditation techniques, we will also spend time creatively through mindful writing/reflective exercises. We seek to provide a space that creates a stable ground for exploration & transformation. If you are new to meditation or looking to find new ways to experience inner clarity and peace, then come join us! All levels are welcome and encouraged to join.
