Suicide Prevention Training Description:
FREE

Montana currently has one of the highest suicide rates in the U.S. and more people in Missoula die from suicide than from all cancers combined. Lives can be saved if more people in our community are trained to recognize the warning signs and how to get help. This training is available to anyone and is provided FREE of charge. Nurses will be awarded 1.5 contact hours.

In our 90-minute training you will learn to:
• Recognize the warning signs of suicide
• Know how to offer hope
• Know how to get help and save a life

Advance sign-up is not required. Teens welcome.

Community Medical Center is approved as a provider of continuing nursing education by the Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver with distinction by the American Nurses
